dividend

dividendBest Guess

If we make 6 million a year after expenses thatl quarters 11 cents a share.  Pay out 2 cents a quarter with a special Christmas present of 2+3 or 5 cents a share.

As the mine ramps up we would be adding a penny per quarter for a while.  In a longwall situation which I deduce is the only logical way to go, we would have 10 million tonnes at 5 or 6 dollars a tonne royalty(130 canadian at 3.8%+-).  So about a dollar a share in earnings. That would be 15 cents a share per quarter with a 55 cent final quarter dividend.  Those who sell their shares now are utterly foolish. =)

A better way to look at it is 11 cents a share in earnings is 1.10 a share using a low production base and a low coal price at 10 times multiple..
