I think we only had 2 dilution cycles during the downturn.  Mari-Ann negotiated 5M or so in ~2012 as I recall.  Then Dundee bought 3M in 2015 I think.   Selling the factory for 12M got us through the slump as you know (thank God), and we paid back the bonds.  The lastest round too of course is dilution, though that was at a more reasonable price, and is for Financing/Mine development.

However, yes. Good point.  We have 125M shares out now (looking at TMX).  This will be a factor, and we should check the numbers. However, I don't see this as that earth shattering.
