Silver
(17.25 - N/A)X1,655,700/493,000,000 = $0.058/share fully diluted
Total metal value per share $0.978
This does not include
Cost to develop (will mean more shares printed)
Cost of silver
Purchase payment
Gold metal stream to Seabridge
NSRs
Off takes
Royalties payment
and whatever else Rob has negotiated.
Rob has demonstrated that the amount of shares he will print to get a small amount of metal into the M&I category is very high.
A guesstimate with all in costs I will say around 60 cents per share.
Take 20% of that as a share value and you end up at 12 cents a share.
Amazing how he has turned a high grade deposit into a money losing investment.
I am speaking about the minority shareholders, US!!!!!!!
