When you consider that Willie and his management only do the bidding of the board of directors you have to wonder what they discuss at board meetings.

Collectively the board members are personally invested in a big slice of the equity, so what in particular are they saying about the current share price trend?

What guidance, if any, are they giving management about how to address this issue?

Do they have any meaningful advice or are they part of the problem?

.....or is there some invisible scenario playing out in the backgroiund?
