Unfortunately, it is a never-ending campaign of any small biotech. Dilution won't go away until COT find a big pharma partner. The positive side is COT now is at the phase Ib/IIa stage, which means we finally see some lights from the far end of the long dark tunnel. The earliest possible commercial marketing of COTI-2 is 2021 - so be patient. GLTA
