But that is exactly how you come across. And accusing PPY management of being "crooks" only makes you look like a loser. And yes, you could get taken to court for it. But of course, no one is happy about the low-priced financing, but it is done, so time to move on. Looking at the acquisition, PPY bought those proven reserves for a very good price. There are a bunch of drill-ready sites on existing pads, so those infrastructure costs are paid for. Some people, including "analysts" say we paid too much on a boed basis, but PPY will ramp up that production very quickly. So trying to value the deal on that metric is misleading. We also got a $30 million gas plant, and access to more processing and transportation, which is always valuable. The only negative was the share price, everything else is very positive. Lets see what PPY can do, give them a chance. Look at what they have done in the last 2 years, has anyone done better? Just give that a bit of consideration.
