Well said "NOBODY knows what is going on until an official NR comes out." I was told and this is from someone in the investment business the halt is due to the Feb 28th news release. But like you said nobody knows until an official NR comes. I believe there will be a deal with Panasonic for batteries for Toyota not Tesla.
