What's going on with this stock ?

What's going on with this stock ?Anyone have any idea ? This stock is lower then it was a year ago when oil is even longer. This is one of the lowest cost producers with very little debt no way this should below 7 they posted above expected earnings aswell... You just can't win with these stupid stocks
