BRS Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. Its principal property is the Cowtrail Property, which is in the exploration stage. The Cowtrail Property consists of 32 minerals claims covering 4,400 hectares located in south central British Columbia, Canada. The mineralization on the Cowtrail Property is associated with altered diorite-monzonite-syenite intrusions, with gold mineralization occurring within the intrusive bodies and porphyry copper mineralization in the adjacent altered host rocks.

To me it looks like you will get your money back whatevere you had invested in 2012. Even if they have less ownership. This is explode after the production tests are completed and confirm commercially viable well. This is only my opinion.
