Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). RE:RE:US Gasoline consumption This whole thing about improved gas mileage is all BS. Its good for those that drive 80kmh on roads and 100kmh on the 401, but most do not and with the ever increasing horsepower, it makes it more fun to drive your truck doing the quarter mile coming onto the highway in the merging lane. I am certain there is no real savings if you averaged it out amongst all the drivers of trucks. People are driving cars and trucks faster than ever as they handle better and are safer at higher speeds.

2 MPG is the improvement for F150 trucks model 2017 then the 2016 in the official reports, but not everyone is changing their trucks , especially the ones used for heavy work. And there is also alot of hype regarding those eco engines. I will not be thinking too much over this trend for now. The massive draws will show if OPEC continues the cuts corraborated with the driving season we should be good on that.
