RE: Think about it

RE: Think about itKid, slipollie is a pumperdumperdoodledoer, what Washington is doing is raising the bar for Canadian diamond investments.  KDI has formed a 'special' committee to review interest, even though they say no one has contacted them.  Investment capital is getting freed up, starting with ddc volume this morning.  I would be interested to see how much of the volume over the next few weeks, as this plays out, is actually institutional on the sell side, taking gains and looking for a new parking place. The bros are smart and will use opportunities to increase their holdings at the best possible price, or at the very least, not dilute.  Rights would work to that end nicely here, announce full participation expected, but leave the bit out about picking up any rights not taken out of a NR and sweep them into your basket.  If I am right, and it remains to be seen, a discounted rights offering may depress the sp initially, but gap up again.  Then there is Dec through to Jan news. Dilution to the bros isn't a prospect they would prefer IMO.  No one is going to bid for pgd, they shopped it out last quarter with no takers only because of the asking price IMO, they need more diamonds, that is what they are going to look for this summer. Good luck.
