@clarence you know I agree with you but I am not optimistic.  I don't see a white knight on the horizon.  But since we are on the topic, based on your experience in this sector/industry (a lot more than me), what sort of a premium would a buyer pay here?  Having some experience in the M&A field myself, I realize the first answer is "it depends" for 1000 reasons.  But what is your own view on this.  Just doing the math, even if we got say a 30% premium that is still just a bit over $20 and falls way short of what I thought this stock/company could do back when going long in early 2014.  Would be interested to hear what you think, to the extent you can even answer what is a difficult question.
