Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

Funny how people always think the SP goes down because of manipulation or because they want cheap shares. People do also sell because they want to cash in a profit. Not every one is a long time investor and until you sold you are not making any profit!
