Poor Assumptions

Poor Assumptions
Londoner, the other thing that I find odd in yours and others posts who are 'ell bent on not accepting the bid or claiming that there are huge gains to be made by voting NO is the underlying assumption that IAE's BOD simply rolled over and gave Delek the company. How about for one minute you entertain the notion that IAEs BOD negotiated their collective a $$es off and this is ACTUALLY the best deal that they could get. You talk about Delek having far more insight into investing in the NS than all of the other houses that cover this sector daily, well the ones who have the greatest insight are the guys who have been running this company for the past 10 years. Have you even asked yourself WHY the BOD would sell the company for $1.95CND after putting their heart and soul into it for a decade? And please, no conspiracy theories about management getting pieced off or any of the other idiotic nonsense that has been suggested to negate this very valid question.
