seems like it might be a buyI watch for these big sell off days more than I watch for the big spikes in price

It looks like it is now trading near where it was before the big buying party and in fact, while they don't have anything definitive with Panasonic, they are still definitely on the radar and being evaluated by Panasonic.   Had that been the news whenever this started, the stock would have gone up on that alone.   I'm thinking 8.5 cents is looking more and more like a buy and am likely going to get in with a small position and see which way it goes.
