Frontline Gold Corporation is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company's properties include the optioned gold projects in the Red Lake area of Ontario, Cameron Lake Gold Project (Ontario), the Portage River Gold Project in the Abitibi Region of Quebec, the Confederation Lake Project which is approximately 60 kms east of the Red Area and the Menderes gold project in the Izmir province of Western Turkey. The Company’s other Canadian exploration properties include other gold property groups in Ontario and include the Whitehorse Island Mining Patents. In addition, the Company has a large NSR package on about four separate gold property groups in Red Lake, which are presently under option for Pacton Gold. The Cameron Lake/Flint Lake Property is located in the Rainy River area, Ontario. The Copperlode Property lies within the Confederation Lake Greenstone Belt 40 to 60 kilometers southeast of Red Lake, Ontario.

I just came through a rollback with another company and after rollback I exited with nearly 40% gain. Left because they announced a lower financing and will buy again later if price actually does soften enough.

Point being that if a deal has enough merit a rollback need not be a bad thing. Frontline has plenty of interesting projects and possibilities. Depends on ratio of rollback as to how the share price sits after it happens, of course. I'm in another deal that will be doing a 1 for 2 in order to meet desired structure for pending financiers. It will go well to I expect. Frontline could use another financing now and depending on the group or individuals they may or may not want a rollback. A larger group could simply buy  shares and set the price where they want, do a financing to advance whatever project(s)makes the most sense, and FGC would be off and running to new levels. Given the most recent proposals passed at shareholders meeting, no doubt management is prepared for possibilities. One door or another will open soon I'm thinking. Cheers.
