RE:Will they roll back?
Ask yourself Why would Spearmint rollback? Weak markets, a low share price, a large number of shares outstanding, little or no cash and you have a company which is an idea candidate for a rollback Is the market weak? Hi trade volume, no. Low share price? Yes with 2 new acquisitions in the last 6 months. Large number of Shares outstanding? No, Under 150 million. Little or no cash? No cash is need, wait for a acquisition or offer a portional buy-in for work preformed per set criteria; such as PE has to spend 8 million of work and cash payments in the next 4 year's to acquire just 70% of a portion of Cyprus Development's property which is dissected by SRJ.V. , why would you pay 8 million + for a dissected property? You wouldn't, the McGee claim is cask in the bank which will provide Spearmint the option to develop or not the existing three properties which are also bordering properties with share prices in excess of 1,000%. This is easy pick, ignore the hype and pumps and dumps ploys of day traders ... I will post a link that will explain what to watch for in my next post, for now read this on Rollback's and don't allow the Pay Trolls to scare you away from a deal like SRJ.V . https://www.kitco.com/ind/Baker/20120418.html?sitetype=fullsite
