Thanks Tabbie. Because Fresnillo is so large, what qualifies as a "Material Fact" is much different that a material fact for us, which is a fact which may impact the share price. For GNG an option agreement with Fresnillo is a material fact. For them it is not. I have to put out drill results in press releases. They do not. That's just the way it is.
