Flooding is the norm in this area?
What the hell are you talking about.
Go online, I guess you know to go online, and read the local news
in this area. Is a major natural disaster . Local people are struggling.
2 inches of water ? You are dreaming in LaLa Land.
You should  ask the Management why they havn't released  any news.
It evrything is OK, then release some news to appease the investors.
And say, that verything is going smoothly as planned.
Just google about flooding in the north coast of Peru and you'll  see
how bad  it is.
