RE:talked with rob and my two centsThe feeling of "talk is cheap" with GSP... this deal has been in the works for a long time.  

I am also of the belief that the speculation to the deal being signed is already in the price because of how long its been in the works.  The longer it takes the less people are willing to spec on the news
