First of all, if they have been phase 2 testing for more than a month already, you can be pretty sure that both companies already know the majority of the test results already and the quality of the extraction.
It's probably a good idea to temper timeline expectaions just a bit. The results may be made public between the 15 and 30 of April. If the results are as good as is expected, they will need a bit of time to tighten up the MOU to something more concrete before public disclosure.
