The issue is current production costs them money .. As it needs to be trucked and high maintenance. If they establish 80-100boed .. They are in the black.. Drill a couple more holes and double that.. Get Montana leased out and it would be really good. Leasing Montana wont be easy .. The ask is probably a big difference from the bid.. However smart management would get a deal done on some portion of it in the name of moving forward and getting a financing in to drive Lloydminster work.
