RE:ConfidenceI wish I could share your confidence Schiff, but the whole EOM game is to stall and delay. There is no sign the petition will be dealt with any time soon. EOM does not want to go to court and there is a multitude of techiques to stall. Of course they eventually have to show up.
The proxy group are no doubt working very hard to overturn the debt conversion but time is running out. If they do not get a reaction from the Commission shortly, they will need to get an injunction. This all takes time and court dates are hard to come by. You make it all sound so simple Schiff but it is no doubt frustrating for those in the trenches when you have an adversary that continues to stall and avoid court at all costs.
