Of course dilution is coming. There is no other way to fund this type of company. To my knowledge though, these people have been very frugal with salaries etc. The $20,000 sounds like it is part of the purchase agreement to allow the seller to remain connected. Whether that is for expertise, contacts, or just another form of compensation I cannot do more than guess.

Dilution is not always bad. What can be worse is a company having access to no funds and ceasing operations, that is worse than dilution.
