RE:DDAY March 24th As of date the Note holders have not exercised their remedies against the company. I doubt that they will during the last 2 days. They will want their ADDITIONAL 8% and 50 basis points which will be due on Monday. News will likely come out next week saying the payments were made and a financing agreement or waiver has been reached. As previously posted the Note holders have liens against ALL the assets of the company. If they wanted to take over the company they would have done so long ago. They just want their money. I personally believe this whole situation is over a rediculous interest rate that is being charged in an environment that should be no higher than half that.                        GLTA
