Regarding insider selling

Regarding insider sellingThere is a lot of incorrect and incomplete information out there concerning insider selling at NXO. There has been no dumping whatsoever by insiders. I know we are in the era of fake news but this narrative that insiders are dumping and taking advantage of retail investors is completely false. Arnold Armstrong is the Chairman of the Board at Nexoptic, and is 90 years old. His current holdings are approximately 2.9 million shares. How is selling off under 400,000 shares or approximately 11% of his holdings "dumping"? Who here would not have sold off a few shares if you were his age and in his circumstances?

I have been watching insider selling like a hawk, and CEO Paul McKenzie along with directors John Daugela and Stephen Petranek (among others) have sold exactly zero shares of their holdings. If they believe in this tech and company, that is good enough for me.
