@Senior. true, the new owner would have an anchot tenant. While my business is security, a very key client of mine is a very large real estate owner and manager.
price of the building needs to be right. Rent AVO is willing to pay also has to be right so it makes sence for that purchaser.
As the building has been up for months now and they touted out a price. It would seem to me anyways that they overshot thier target on one of the forementioned fronts. Price to high for rent they themselves are willing to pay.
if properly priced, it would have been snatched up long ago. If they are being agrressive and that is fine, then it may talke time for margket to catch up to thier price. I could put a price on my house for 2 million and eventually i will get, just not next month.
if i was to profile this company, i would say there is some serious ego in play. Again, we all have and need an ego, it just needs to not get in the way of advancing in life or in their case, business and OUR money
