RE:RE:RE:RE:i wouldn't buy ONE share until this financing closes ...Look, I'm way long on this stock.  Sometimes I write on this board to see if anyone can add some colour to my thoughts, like you know maybe someone can confirm my thinking or dispute it in a mature manner.

I understand BBB from 10,000 feet and very much appreciate technical input and analysis from people who do, even if it may be biased.  I understand the workings of the market much better (I traded professionally for 8 years).  It's sometimes easy to see things coming, like that financing that none of the people on here that are supposedly well connected to the company knew about.

I'm watching very closely to see what happens now.  Given that this pp was non-brokered it will not enjoy the support that is normally associated with that, at the strike.  Up until now, this sell-off/cliff that the chart is defining can be explained by a disgruntled seller, the financing, and perhaps several shareholders fed up with management's execution to date (and I don't care what f***tard guy says, this was a shitty execution of a pp).  But if it drops significantly below that strike then I, along with many other shareholders will become very concerned that negative undisclosed things have occurred without our knowledge.

And while, in writing this post, it is likely that my gender will be questioned, let me tell you that anyone that has any significant amount of money to invest in a penny stock like this will not be looking to this board to direct their buying decision.  All the hand-wringing is worthy at this point and management should be listening to this group of shareholders who are writing their dissatisfaction with the lack of VISIBLE promised execution to date.
