RE:Does anyone know where the full financial report for Q & Y

RE:Does anyone know where the full financial report for Q & Y I was able to find this...

https://www.sedar.com/GetFile.do?lang=EN&docClass=5&issuerNo=00028898&issuerType=03&projectNo=02598648&docId=4076467

I listened to the call this morning and came away with the impression that operations are moving ahead as expected. The additional processing line in Minot should be operational in the 2nd quarter. Murad commented on the India situation, saying he felt it should be resolved in Canada's favour shortly. Other comments on operations sounded positive.
So the question remains... if all is going well, why the constant downward pressure on the stock price and 800k shares short still?
If someone else has an opinion... please share.
Thanks.
