Keystone gets Green light tomorrow.. Then the state by state battle. The US want Energy and Oil independance. We are essentially a State of The US .. This all goes into the plan. Mooncor if they get Montana done and can raise cash.. Assets in Lloyd are fairly cheap so the time is now.. Not in 2 months when break up is over and everyone jumps in
