Study, you might have over simplified things a bit but you also have made some good points. The huge demand for this processed graphite might not last due to technological change and we should get moving soon. The CEO want's the absolute best for this company but you can't wait forever either. There's probably been some good offer already, with the present national sentiment it is likely that the best deal will be with the DOD, if they want it badly enough there's no doubt they can make it happen.
