Scammy Jerks and ?

Scammy Jerks and ?Look at the evidence

(1) very missleading announcement, perhaps fraudulent, perhaps an attempt to misslead.

(2) there are a lot of other companies with samples sent to Panasonic - they have not bothered to release the news because they do not consider it news worthy or material.

(3) insiders were selling into the run, If the news was all that positive they would have been buying.

(4) it is not illegal for insiders to sell their stock, it is illegal to missrepresent facts and data  and make profits based on those lies.  I have read their first announcement several times and it struck me as missleading the first time "BS" and it still looks that way.

(5) there is a fair chance that people linked with SJL are posting here, there are regulations that cover that too, with luck the Securities commision is digging deeper into this.

(6) got to ask yourself - why is that first announcement so poorly worded?  It was unintended? That is difficult to accept and based on the response from Panasonic there is little to be positive about.

(7)  there is a chance this company could get halted again , and the halt could run for months, several factors will come into this and for those who are informed you know what they are.   A single complaint with meat can lead to a halt.  Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

(8) go to SEDAR , look at this companiy's past news, now look at the management and follow where they have worked, when they bought, when they sold in relation to news and where those companies are today. You do that , then you will be in a position to decide if SJL is worth your time and money.

Lots of noise on this board, quite entertaining, some of it is naive and a little teeny bit shows a lot of knwledge of the graphite sector and what goes on behind the scenes.
