@oldguy, bcassessment.ca shows 555 Robson as having an assessed value of 46.828m as at July 1, 2016, the most recent assessment date. Who knows what work BC assessment did on the property's current condition, tenancy, how they valued it (e.g. what cap rate used), etc. I suspect the assessment is low, but I also am on the record as saying $100m for this property is far fetched.
Do not know what is up with the Broadway mailing address vs. head office location. Maybe the angry mail from longs stuck over $20 goes to Broadway ;)
