The current market cap does seem large when compared against sales year to date.

However, the highly anticipated signing of a partnership with Loblaw Companies Limited (a 29 Billion Dollar Canadian food retailer) may easily initiate a "snowball effect" of orders and interest in the company's products. Given the sheer size of the addressable market for these products and how well the technology stands up to its competition, it's not hard to see how the company might easily exceed their sales targets going forward (at least until a superior solution is invented and brought to market, or the use of diesel is abandoned altogether).
