No suitman, the bonds are not created equal and rad is right.  First on the line to get paid are the banks, then the first-lien notes (ask trading at 69.5 cents on the dollar) and then the unsecured bonholders (asking 19-22 cents on the dollar).   Equity would get nothing.  I don't think you are in any place to call rad an arrogant investor; when you do nothing but post 24/7 on this bull board like its your job.  According to when you first started spamming this board, you are down more than 30% on your investment, so I hope that not too many people take what you say seriously.
