I just read the prospectus from the PDAC. The Pebble Partnership has gone to great lengths to ensure that the mine will be built safely and protect the environment. In fact, they have spent over 150 million US in environmental impact studies. Every long term investor should read this report.
Fully diluted shares = 362 million
Management owns 8% or 30 million shares.
