RE:RE:PrYes these are two different things.

Right now we have financing for general purposes, working capital, finish design data base etc. which is delutive equity funding (new shares)

Plant construction is a project financing, financing only this project not the whole company RGX, so probably secured by the plant etc, or even within a newly established SPV which is owned by Argex, this will be non-delutive (no new shares) debt financing most likely or some sort of offtake agreement including financing
