CKE Operating costs

CKE Operating costsCKE is forecasting $10/boe in operating costs.  That seems high to me.  There's no explanation as to why that is.  Anyone know why it's high?  They seem to have favorable initial drilling costs.  Is there some sort of environmental factor that has lead to lower drilling well costs but higher op ex?

At current AECO prices, it makes them far more sensitive than other players.
