Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

Commercial properties like your home, car or old fridge, sell promply when priced right.
If they did what i know other companies to have done, they would have spoken with real estate broker and asked the 100 million dollar question. is this worth this price and if so, i assume that you have buyers ready to snag a good property at a fair market value.

never took me long to sell a properly priced property, car, boat or used set of tires
