RE:RE:Remember this is not "Normal"No, explanations should not be needed to ARC, unless you bought shares AFTER, they were delisted, on an OTC exchange. Our shares/debentures were bought long before, so they are "qualified investments", even if they only trade on "black market" exchanges, now.
