A few things:
1)  I dont htink there will be a dividend cut with this annoucement.  The fact is that the payout ratio currently running over 100% is a situation well understood by the market and everything hinted at by management indicates they intend to find a new royalty to fill the funding gap of the current dividend.  Given the board has paid the monthly dividend for the last couple of months since the Franworks sale, there is no reason to assume something has changed overnight

2) I also dont think this earnings release will be dry and uneventful either. Given that the search is on for a new royalty, the market (my self included) have taken a much closer look at the quality of existing royalties they have - as such the performance of these royalties will be much more impactful to the shareprice than previously.
