That this company's way in describing what is ultimately little more than the intended delivery of a 5 kg bag of dirt should result in a single day trading volume of 79 million shares...well, this should be a pretty good test of whether we even have a regulatory body. The company gets off scot-free on this one and I'm afraid we officially live in a Kellogg's Corn Flakes world where "anything goes".
This is larger than simply the company and some bad NRs. As I write this there has not been a trade in an hour on this "high volume play". The 5 last trades totalling 250k shares were wash trades to and from TD. I hope the ASC takes a very careful look at the trading patterns of the investment banks who created all of the false volume in this fiasco.
