RE:RE:RE:Let's keep the focus 'simple'Dabble, Chen still has a web presence and voicemail at the University of Waterloo. Not sure that would be case if he severed ties with the University to take up full-time CTO duties with SJL. My sense is that Chen serves as a part-time consultant to SJL, and is not a member of the C-suite. That would explain why he is not an insider.

At this point, I think there's something hinky going on, but I rally have no choice but to wait it out and hope for the best. (Luckily, I threw in very conservatively so I'm kind of 'meh' on the outcome.)

The omission of Chen's name of the ASC notice to SJL insiders concerns me. Shouldn't he be listed as an insider if his role is what they say it is?
