RE:RE:May debentureThe exercise price of the debentures is .12 a share...or get your money back....if shares trading over .15 ...I would think most would take the shares. Net effect is some stock dilution but now that debt is exchanged for equity, this makes a healthier balance sheet which is a positive.  

Some debenture holders that take shares may offload some which add more selling pressure but I would hope that would be offset by higher revenue adding more new buyers to the stock and increasing demand for the shares.

Good guidance from the company may keep the debenture holders from selling too many shares if there is a great future for CLY.
