Why selling?
Just get into the DRIP get the 4% discount of a very sustainable payout ratio.
If the stock goes down because of the ''interest rate hike'' well guess what.. more shares for you!
From 1971 to 2016, the FTSE NAREIT (all REITs) index grew on an annual basis an average of 11,83% wich do not include the distribution reinvestment!
