You want somebody to be accountable to you because you don't like the stock price? The Board is accountable to shareholdres, so try talking to them directly. It would certainly be a better use of your time than whining about it here.
For the record, what would you have the Board do to remedy the situation? I'm really curious to see if you have a solution in mind or if you just like to complain.
