Purevap Process to produce Solar Silicon at an 82% discount

According to the presentation on the HPQ website, the cash cost of Solar Grade Silicon is expected to be at least 82% less than existing processes.
This is going to be a major competitor to existing producers, bound to result in takeover bids in my honest opinion.
This could start happening pretty soon, maybe on high purity news, or for certain on pilot plant start up.
