Hi Bruce

Hi Bruce
I just sent this to Bruce:

Hi Bruce,

As you know, I have been a shareholder for a long time in this company and have invested a fair chunk of change.  I am disturbed by the continual dilution of my shares.  What are we to make of the announcement on March 3?

The views on the bullboards are becoming increasingly heated as the retail investor is becoming very concerned about the direction of this company.

We are all wanting to get a decent return on our investment and we are therefore very patient.  However, our investment has only soured dramatically.  We understand the risks of investing in small caps but we do so, in no small part, because trust the information we are told - we trust management.   Trust is now at an all time low as there are a lot of unanswered questions right now:

What is happening with the negotiations with the First Nations?

What is happening with the feasibility study from China?

What is going on with discussions in Turkey?

What is happening with the patent of the gas production process?

Everyday we anticipate some positive news - however further dilution of our shares is by no means positive.  I understand things take time but I can tell you that I am becoming rather impatient with announcements that suggest something is coming next month or by the end of the year and then information only trickles out in a piecemeal fashion that is absolutely meaningless.

We need to know what is going on.  This overselling of the PP came as a shock - we deserve better than a very general phrase of where the money is going to be spent.   Further, this special meeting in April has now taken the goat.

I, for one, will not be voting for anything this management is putting forward from here on until I am shown beyond a doubt what is happening.  Perhaps time has come for management to change?  Keep this up and we will see if we cannot do what has been done with Rapier Gold Inc.:  https://news.morningstar.com/all/canada-news-wire/20170327C1571/concerned-shareholder-announces-court-victory-for-shareholder-democracy-and-challenges-questionable-financial-decisions-by-entrenched-management-and-board-of-rapier-gold-inc.aspx

Now is the time to act so that investors can trust your leadership.  Confidence in management is beginning to thin.
