Twenty frikkin' years, huh. Chauncey, thanks for tracking me down. As the chart shows, it's been quite the roller coaster and I got head-faked somewhere along the way. Congrats to those who have hung in through thick and thin.

For those who were around, do you remember the time they announced superb results at about 9:30pm on a Friday night? LOL! The timing of the NR (and the greatness of the results) led many of us to believe the NR might be a hoax. I don' think we were even really expecting a news release so it kind of left us dazed and confused.

Always liked this company but man was it ever a slow moving vehicle at times. Remember thinking how unfortunate they had De Beers as a partner. I remember thinking this company didn't stand a chance against being taken over within a year or two and yet here we are today. It makes me laugh now when I hear posters on other boards screaming of an imminent take-over. I automatically say to myself, "Yeah, just like Mountain Province".

Anyway, I'm happy to see a few of us old timers are still posting. If we've made it this far, I'm guessing we'll all be here till SH turns the lights out.
