I am hoping that the new auditor is working on filing, and that is taking up this time.

Closing in on Q1 already.  I dont have a clue what may go down eventually.

Crashed and burning and we don't know, or on the road to ultimate prosperity after a share shuffle and new play.. Litigation? maybe never.
